CANCELLATION POLICY – public workshops
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to offer a few flexible options should you need to cancel your Clay Experience.
CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE EVENT
If you can no longer attend, we’re happy to offer you credit for a future Clay Experience. Please note that the nearest upcoming dates may already be fully booked, and we’ll do our best to match you with the closest available option.
REFUNDS (14+ DAYS BEFORE THE WORKSHOP)
If you let us know at least 14 days before your scheduled workshop, we’ll issue a refund. A small administrative fee of 20 CHF will be deducted.
PARTIAL REFUND (7-13 DAYS BEFORE THE WORKSHOP)
If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the workshop, you’ll receive a 50% refund to help ease the change.
NO REFUNDS (LESS THAN 7 DAYS)
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. However, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place—just let us know in advance. We’d love to welcome them!
* Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for gift vouchers.

CANCELLATION POLICY – private events
Cancellation policy for private events is included in each contract.
SHOP
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Clay & Soul shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Clay & Soul shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
If an item purchased from Clay & Soul incurs damage, please contact us with the photos of the item in question.
RETURNS
At Clay & Soul we’ll gladly accept the return of ceramic items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Clay & Soul will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Clay & Soul returns office.If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited.

If you need to change your order please send an email to hello@clayandsoul.ch as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING
We offer 9.00 CHF shipping rate for all items. Orders over 250 CHF qualify for free shipping. 3-4 day delivery from the moment your order is shipped (Monday-Friday). We ship domestically using Swiss Post. Shipping charges are calculated during check-out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we do not offer shipping outside of Switzerland. For further inquires regarding shipping please contact us.
